Ahh, the infamous famous Facebook Feedback Score, and the question is always how to improve it or eliminate the score.

This above video and post below will show you five ways to either eliminate or improve your customer feedback score.

Method #1 and #2 will use a “Community” page and like a campaign to remove the score altogether and use a digital product to get the feedback removed.

The next methods, #3 and #4, involve asking for feedback when customers buy and later on after receiving their order.

Have a “team” of people visit your site, then the next day when they get served the ad, like it, comment on it, and then go to https://www.facebook.com/ads/activity and leave positive feedback.

In conclusion, you follow methods one and two in an ideal world and eliminate the customer feedback from your fan page altogether.

If that is not an option, make sure you ask for positive feedback at every possible touchpoint after purchase.
